298 Shawmut – Geno Ranaldi, a developer, came by the ESNA to speak with members about 298 Shawmut Ave (the old Waltham tavern building). He is looking to buy and renovate the building into condos. He came to NA to get our opinions on what we would like to see the space as, residential or residential/commercial. He showed plans for all residential and stated that this is his preferred renovation for the building. Many neighbors in the room agreed that Ňall residentialÓ would be preferred as well. Geno mentioned that he would be coming back to ESNA after purchasing the building to address potential zoning issues. Geno can be reached at: firstname.lastname@example.org 617.648.6673 (cell)
